Pastor Paul is a Board Certified Life Coach (BCLC) in good standing with the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). He is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the Assemblies of God Coaching Coalition (AGCC) which meets the International Coaching Federation (ICF) gold standards.

Pastor Paul is a member in good standing with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). He has 30 years of pastoral counseling with individuals and couples in the areas of marriage, family, anger, conflict resolution, stress, anxiety, trauma, and the issues pastors battle on a daily basis.

Pastor Paul is a licensed and ordained minister in good standing with the Assemblies of God. With over 40 years of ministry experience, Paul has experienced every level of ministry; volunteer, part-time, bi-vocational, associate, lead pastor, and 2 church- plants. He knows the challenges of pastoring first-hand!
